Bill likes to sit and carve away on his front porch in Brohman all summer long. Come wintertime he often migrates to warmer destinations, but we still manage to catch a few of his prime specimens along the way. His "smoothies" consist of choice cuts of exotic and common wood found in the Michigan forest and abroad. You will find most songbirds, hummingbirds and others carefully carved out of oak, cedar, maple, and basswood. As a retire wildlife biologist, Bill knows his subject matter well.
