Come and join certified Art Clay instructor, Cristine
Grimm, in exploring Art Clay the clay that turns to
99.9% pure silver when fired. Start out small, making
earrings or small pendants with basic techniques
that can be used anywhere, anytime, without a kiln.
Cristine is a master instructor who will bring all the
tools and tricks necessary to create something you’ll
enjoy wearing or adding to your next beading project.

Come and get your hands dirty while playing with clay. In
this class students will use stoneware clay to try a variety
of handbuilding techniques such as slab building, coil pots,
pinch pots, drape molds and glaze application. Call a teen

Ages 14-Adult

No prerequisite, all materials included.

Zentangle® is a fun, easy-to-learn, relaxing method of creating
beautiful images using repetitive patterns. No drawing
experience or special skills are necessary except an open
heart and the ability to hold a pen. In this class students
will create two archival quality ink drawings on small paper
tiles. Each student will receive a Zentangle kit bag of supplies
to continue tangling at home.

Wood Carving – Flower Relief with Bruce Smith

Monday 5:30-7:30 p.m.,  June 8, 15

Ages 12-Adult

Take advantage of years of wood carving experience
to learn a new craft. Class participants will be given
instruction in the use of carving tools and the skill of
creating a flower relief from basswood. The first night
will be spent learning the craft with the second night
fine tuning the technique. This would be a wonderful
project to continue on your own at home after the
class. Call a few friends and take this together. Please
register for this class by Monday, June 1.
