Ages 16-Adult $45 ($40 Members)
Use fuse-able glass, frit, stringers and glass paint to create a bold sunflower or bright poppy, or darling daisies! Finished glass pieces can be fused with hooks for hanging, or attached to a metal rod to use as a garden ornament.

Stained Glass Basics with Lindsay Isenhart
Mon. October 9 – 30 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Ages 16+ $120 ($110 Members)
Four days of learning: Day 1 learn about stained glass patterns, how to find them, use them and start picking glass. Day 2 – cutting! Learn to cut glass using a variety of class cutters and grinders. You’ll be cutting out your glass pattern. Day 3 is about finish fitting, and taping. Day 4 – finish taping, then learn to solder! Finally, add a patina, and polish up your stained glass with wax to show it off! Avg. 80 sq. inches. Limit 6 students.

Participants will learn about glass fusing using a black grouted mosaic technique to create a bold floral 4 x 6 panel to hang or frame! This fun glass class is taught by local artist Barb Wagenmaker, and is great for beginner and intermediate alike!

Stained Glass Basics

Stained Glass Basics
Thurs., March 2, 9, 16 and 23 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Ages 16+ $120 ($110 Members)
This program will be broken down into four days of learning.

Day 1 learn about stained glass patterns, how to find them, use them and create them. Learn about glass selection and how to best use your materials.

Day 2 is all about cutting! Learn to accurately cut a variety of glass using a variety of class cutters and grinders. You’ll be cutting out your glass pattern traced out on Day 1.

Day 3 is about finish fitting, and taping. Fine tune your fits using grinding and pinning, laid over your pattern, then get ready to tape!

Day 4 – finish taping, then learn to solder! Soldering is an art form of its own! Finally, add a patina, and polish up your stained glass with wax to show it off! Avg. 80 sq. inches.

Participants will learn about glass fusing and the use of frit, stringers, fusible glass and glass paint to create this wonderful gift in their student’s school colors! If you don’t have a graduate, leave off the cap and create a colorful fused glass picture frame for any occasion. Include materials for one easel backed fused glass 4”x6” photo frame.
