INSPIRE – Classes for Teens – November 29 – Leather Tooled Cuff

The INSPIRE – Classes for Teens series is funded in part by a grant from the FACF Youth Advisory Committee. These exciting and exploratory art classes are designed to give middle and high school students a chance to learn about art styles and mediums they might not get in a classroom. All materials provided.

In this class, Roxanne Middleton will introduce you to the great texture and design combination of leather tooling and stamping. This one of a kind cuff/bracelet could make a great gift!

Leather Working: Journal/Tablet Cover

Class Fee: $50 ($45 Members)

Ages 12-Adult

Using at least five basic tools of leather working, create your own leather journal, or use it as a tablet keeper instead! Students will be introduced to leather working using a practice piece first, then planning and implementing their own leather design, tooling and finishing will follow in this two day course. All materials and tools are provided.
