These exciting and exploratory art classes are designed to give middle and high school students a chance to learn about art styles and mediums they might not get in a classroom. All materials provided.

January 30 Leather Tooled And Dyed
Earrings/Necklace with Roxanne Middleton

Using tools to stamp, draw and then dye designs into leather participants will each create a one pieces fro earrings and a pendant. Led by Roxanne Middleton, with decades of teaching leather working classes.

January 9 Paint & Pop Art Messenger Bag

Transform a cotton canvas messenger bag into a
fashionable self-expression! Using photo transfers and
fabric paint and some bling, participants will first apply
their own image, then adorn it with colorful details. Please
bring a digital or hard copy of whatever images you wish
to transfer onto the canvas bag. They will be scanned and
printed onto lazer-tran paper.

December 19 Luna Hare Solstice Watercolor

Students will put into practice the watercolor techniques of
wash, resist, bleed, salt, sponge, splatter and lift to create
a beautiful Luna Hare Solstice painting to celebrate the
upcoming longest day of winter, welcoming longer days
and more sunshine ahead.

Combine leather stamping with metal stamping to create a
leather cuff bracelet. This one of a kind cuff/bracelet could
make a great gift!
