In this class participants will learn a variety of techniques in watercolor including spattering, textural effects, masking, lifting, stamping and negative painting. Next instruction will be given in the art of landscape and still life painting. This is a perfect class for a beginner or even an experienced painter who would like to refresh their skills. Bring a lunch.

Class Fee: $60 ($55 Members) Ages 16-Adult
In this class participants will learn a variety of techniques in watercolor including spattering, textural effects, masking, lifting, stamping and negative painting. A short review of color theory will begin the day and then students will work on painting an autumn forest landscape. Bring a lunch.

Class Fee: $55 ($50 Members)
Ages 16-Adult
In this class students will use a variety of watercolor techniques to capture the beauty of a blue heron on the water’s edge. Cheryl will provide instruction in the use of watercolors using both traditional and creative techniques. All materials are provided for this introductory, or skill building class. Bring a lunch.
