This fun winter photography competition is open to all ages.
Photos must have a winter theme.
Awards will be announced by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 14
at www.ncca-artsplace.org and Facebook @ NCCA-Artsplace.
Photographs will be on display at NCCA-Artsplace January 14 – February 5.
