Books available to purchase during class for 50 cents each from Friends of the Library. Students need 8 books.
Give old books new life with 3 creative projects to make–quite literally–out of books. For these projects, Fremont librarian, Jill Hansen, and NCCA-Artsplace staff Lindsay Isenhart, repurpose orphaned and outdated books from Fremont Friends of the Library. They will help you turn them into new art objects and practical items for the home, a vase, a Kindle “keeper” or a sewing box, and lamp will be the projects we focus on, but many more ideas will be shared.
