Eligibility: Open to everyone, photos must be unframed, 8” x 10” and involve a winter theme. Awards: Friday, January 16, 5:00 p.m. at NCCA-Artsplace. On display until February 22. Enjoy a great selection of winter themed photography by area artists to celebrate the chilly season!
