Sailboats on Water

Just another spectacular day at the beach watching sailboats gliding across the water. Students will create this scene using cut and torn original painted papers. Maybe they will discover a lighthouse, sunset or sea gulls in their lake scene.
Painted Owl
Sat. July 26 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Ages 4-5 $7.00
After creating a bold watercolor painting these artists will then cut out all the owl shapes and put it all together with a lot of pattern. What a hoot!
Friendly Lion Color Wheel
Sat. July 19 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Ages 4-5 $7.00
Students in this class will learn about the structure of the color wheel including color mixing in the process of designing an amazing lion face.
Cloud with Rainbow

Ages 4-5 $7.00
Our young artists will use paint to create a rainbow while learning the order of the color wheel. They will have time to add pattern to their pieces.
Painted Butterfly

Using colorfully painted papers these young students will use cutting and gluing skills and color theory to assemble a symmetrical butterfly.
Mixed Media Pizza as Art

Ages 4-5 $7.00
Using a variety of interesting materials including painted papers, cardboard, and craft paper our young artists will design their own pizzas using cut, paste and painting techniques.
Pysanky Egg Decorating with Lara Cummings

Age 16-Adult $30 ($25 Members)
This ancient Eastern European traditional folk art form has been handed down for generations. Still created using dyes and wax, the delicate designs can symbolize spring, rebirth, new life, and Easter. Each student will make two eggs.
Family Egg Plate Decorating
Wed. April 2 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
All Ages $8 per person
Use tape masking, bold glazes, dots and more to create a fun patterned plate in the shape of an egg. A fun spring break family project! Pre-registration required on all classes.
Paint Tube Color Study

Age 9-12 $15
Simple drawing techniques combined with beautiful watercolors will be used to create this bright color study.
