Create a whimsical miniature in clay! You’ll create a shallow clay arched box with a complete room build inside. Get creative with details like furniture and windows, even floor tiles and house plants!
Clay on the Wheel

Ages 13 – 18 $100 ($95 Members)
Learn to center, open, raise walls and shape a wheel thrown form. Students will glaze their work on August 6.
Tic Tac Toe Game Board
Th. June 12 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Ages 13 – 18 $15
This is your art challenge – construct a clay Tic Tac Toe board using your own original
game piece ideas. Start planning now so you will be ready.
Clay Iguana
Sat. June 14 12:30 – 2:00 p.m.
Ages 9 – 12 $12
Come and learn how to create an incredible iguana sculpture using established clay building techniques. Students will return at their own convenience to glaze their fired pieces. This will become your favorite art class!
Clay Turtle
Th. June 12 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.
Age 6-8 $12
Use pinch, slab and texture techniques to build a whimsical clay turtle. Items will be ready for pick up on June 26.
A Bird in a Tree
Th. May 29 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.
Age 6-8 $12
What a beautiful clay relief sculpture! Students will be working with rolled clay slabs and bright glaze colors to design this amazing clay piece.
Clay Friendly Lion
Sat. June 14 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Age 4 – 5 $7.00
In this class students will learn basic clay skills – slab, shaping, joining, sculpting, extruding, wet glazing, firing – to form a friendly lion head. Clay pieces will be available for pick up after the firing process.
Clay Tile Mold Making Class
Tues. April 29, May 6, 13 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Age 16 – Adult $55 ($50 Members)
Students will lean how to make multiple tiles by learning basic mold making. Students will create a 4×4” master tile, then make a plaster mold and reproduce tile ready for firing and glazing.
Clay Owl Dish
Sat. April 5 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Age 4-5 $7
Our young artists will use basic pinch pot and slab techniques to form a sweet little owl. What a hoot!
Pottery on the Wheel
Wednesdays, February 12, 19, 26 and March 5 12:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Ages 16 – Adult $100 ($95 Members)
Learn to center, open, raise walls and shape a wheel thrown form. Practice is encouraged during open studio hours in between classes. Students will glaze their work on the last day of class.
