Learn the basics of how to manipulate jump rings into intricate patterns. Students will be introduced in the age old techniques of how jump rings are made as well. Discussion of what size gauge wire and diameter of rings needed to make chain maille jewelry. Simple patterns to start before tackling more complex patterns. Students will get the chance to complete 2 bracelets.

In this basics class come and join us in exploring Art Clay the clay that turns to 99.9% pure silver when fired. Start out small, making earrings or small pendants with basic techniques that can be used anywhere, anytime, without a kiln. Cost includes silver clay, the use of all necessary tools, and a necklace, ear wires or jump ring for wearing your piece out the door.
